The experience
Collect your e-mountain bike and a reusable bottle filled with a refreshing herbal infusion before setting off. At a family-run olive oil mill, discover the traditions behind local production and savour extra virgin olive oil, appreciating its aromas and character.
Continue along country roads and trails, passing vineyards, orchards and olive groves on an 18-kilometre route that takes you to Castellaro Lagusello. Historic buildings and rural landscapes reveal a quieter side of the area, with your guide sharing stories along the way.
Back at the farm, gather for a tasting of natural wines and handmade products. Traditional baked goods, honey and sweet and savoury preserves bring the surrounding countryside to the table — a convivial finish to a ride shaped by local flavours and the pleasure of being outdoors.
